How do you Rate this Product I used SaltStick during the Oxfam Trailwalker in Hong Kong. I took one tablet every hour for the full 100km and I never had one problem with cramp or stiffness. I used them with just water and didn't need to drink any electrolyte sports drink.
The tablets were obviously doing their job as you could have made a small fortune harvesting the salt off me! (Posted on 22/11/2010) -

How do you Rate this Product These tablets work great. I took one every 30-45 mins in Atacama. They have about 2-3 times more sodium than other leading electrolyte tablets, so your body gets what it needs most - sodium which is being lost through your sweat. Plus I find the gel tablets hold together better than other brands. (Posted on 31/03/2010)
