Light and tasty electrolytes Review by Riitta
How do you Rate this Product After getting bored with some of the traditional brands in the market, Nuun tablets are a nice change. How do you Rate this Product I tried Lemon Lime and the taste is good. Small and easy to carry. I felt a bit dehydrated at the beginning and I added the tablets to my water afterward. It provides the easiest and faster way to keep my electrolytes in balance I think this tablets would also be good for anyone felt dehydrated, not just for sports. (Posted on 12/10/2010)

How do you Rate this Product I can't get enough of this stuff. I actually use nuun just as much when I'm not running as I do when I am out on the trail. The slight fizziness makes nuun a perfect, healthy alternative to soda and it will keep you hydrated all day. During races, I always make sure to keep some on hand for drinking around camp as well. Tri-berry and cola are my favourite flavours. I actually like the lemon-lime one as a hot drink! (Posted on 09/06/2010)

How do you Rate this Product Easy to carry and use. When using with bottles break the tablets up into little pieces then add to the water. This makes them dissolve faster. They do contain a little carbonation so leave your bottle cracked until dissolved so it does not spurt when you open it. I talked to Nuun's founder and he recommended mixing 1/2 tablets with each other to create new flavors. I like the citrus/triberry combo. (Posted on 16/11/2009)

How do you Rate this Product Small, light & no sugar so you can have plety of them and not feel sickly. I use a half tablet with 500mls of water and interchange with 500mls of water at the same time on distance races. Never tried the Cola (too scared) but the other flavours are good. How do you Rate this Product The taste is good (and I like the very slight fizz tht they have) and seem to work to keep the electrolyte balance while running. Just be aware that when you put them in a bottle allow a minute for the tablet to dissolve as the pressure of the fizz builds up. Tri berry is the best flavour, Cola is the worst.
