So good you'd eat it at home Review by Matt McLaughlin
How do you Rate this Product Our team used Expedition Foods Hi-Calorie range as our primary fuel-source in the recent 2011 Adventure Racing World Championships - XPD Tasmania 2011.
The Vege Tikka was a welcome sight any time it appeared in our gear boxes. We had it both hot and cold (either was fine) and it was great. I had one as a treat after one particularly brutal and cold riverbed trek, and it pushed me onwards for the subsequent raft/kayak/portage/kayak section on Lake Macintosh on day 4 of our 9.5 day adventure... Great Review by DaveA
How do you Rate this Product I am not a vegetarian and dont usually bother with non meat meals, but this is so tasty, it is amongst my favourites and no meat in sight. With 800 Kcal of energy in just 156g, Its easy to find a little space in my pack for one of these. (Posted on 24/01/2011)

Great vege option Review by Riitta
How do you Rate this Product A vegetarian meal that still has the energy - the Vegetable Tikka has kept me going in the outdoors. It's tasty and spicy enough, that's why I haven't got bored of it and usually have a few of these during a week's expedition or race. (Posted on 25/10/2010)

Tikka Tikka! Review by Eric LaHaie
How do you Rate this Product Chicken Tikka and Vegetable Tikka are definitely two of the best tasting Expedition Foods. I have now used them on three events: Gobi, Sahara, and Atacama and I still look forward to the nights when a Tikka shows up in the rotation. (Posted on 31/03/2010)
