Try creating a custom mix! Review by Stephanie Case
How do you Rate this Product The high proportion of carbs in this meal is perfect for your breakfast at the start of the day. Too many fats or proteins can be difficult to digest on the go. I agree with Eric though that 800 calories is sometimes too much to get down after a few days - you might want to consider splitting one package into two separate meals or combining with another lighter-calorie product for added variety in your own custom mix! Jump Start Your Day Review by Eric LaHaie
How do you Rate this Product 800 calories for breakfast; this meal will definitely get you going. I used this in Atacama and it provided me all the energy I needed for the first 15-20K of each day. However, 800 calories for breakfast can also be a bit much after 3-4 days, so I recommend bringing another meal to rotate with (I like oatmeal). (Posted on 31/03/2010)
