High Energy Serving (800+ kcal per meal)

Creamy oats with sweet mango pieces.

INGREDIENTS: Milk, oats, sugar, mango.

PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line 4 (375ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.

  1. Great breakfast, but hard to digest Review by Alpine Climber
How do you Rate this Product

This meal tastes really nice, the protein helps to repair your muscles.
The only disadvantages is that it feels a bit heavy on the stomach. (Posted on 16/04/2012)

This is a very tasty meal, I loved the chewiness of the mango. This meal kept me satisfied for a long time in the mountains. (Posted on 24/11/2011)

  3. Nice and Tasty Review by Big Red
How do you Rate this Product

This is quite tasty but very filling. I thought the protein content was cracking and was able to get through 10 miles without any snack on the breakfast before i felt hungry.
I would perhaps recommend some dried cranberries or sultanas to be added to make a nice contrast. (Posted on 09/09/2011)

  4. Great hot breakfast cereal Review by Andrew

Great fruity taste and not too sweet. A great way to start the day on the hill when it's cold and chucking it down (Posted on 29/08/2011)

  5. Good for the muscles Review by Stephanie Case
How do you Rate this Product

The protein in this meal is great to help your muscles repair and will prevent breakdown of muscle tissue, but it can also be a bit harder on your stomach to digest. I just have my meal right away after waking up and then this leaves time to digest while I'm sorting out my pack for the day. Great taste too. (Posted on 26/07/2010)

  6. Great start Review by Dave

Extremely enjoyable way to get your calories in before the start of a big day
