PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch, add boiling water according to instructions on label, stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. (Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer)

How do you Rate this Product I took a selection of these meals when I climbed Kilimanjaro, they are lightweight easy to transport and easy to prepare. I found them to be high quality, tasty and filling.

How do you Rate this Product This is an amazing assortment of gluten-free freeze dried foods. I went gluten-free before RacingThePlanet Australia to avoid the inflammatory effects that gluten has on the body. I'm pleased to see that Expedition Foods provides such a wide variety of gluten-free foods so that I can keep eating the same foods during a race as I do in training. Fantastic!
