Freeze dried foods, unlike other dehyrdrated foods, are usually foods containing a multitude of ingredients and seasonings. Nothing more is needed, just a little cook time in hot water to rehydrate them and have them ready to eat. They are pre-seasoned, pre-cooked and pre-mixed with other ingredients, making them the fastest, easiest and tastiest foods available.

PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (480ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait a minute for the food to re-hydrate. (Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer)
