250 kilometers blister free thanks to Hydrapel Review by Sam Fanshawe
How do you Rate this Product Each morning before starting to do a 30-100 kilometer distance I would put it on my feet and then if I felt a hot spot on the trail I would re-apply. I ddn't get a single blister after 250 kilometers in 7 days. Magic. (Posted on 07/08/2010)

Keep within reach at all times! Review by Stephanie Case
How do you Rate this Product Every morning of racing, I put this on my feet before putting on my injinjis socks to help prevent blisters. It especially comes in handy when you are running through wet terrain! Hydropel also prevents chafing on those sensitive areas, such as the inner thighs and areas where the straps from your backpack might rub. I always keep it in an outside pocket of my backpack so I can grab it easily during a run in case I need to reapply! (Posted on 12/06/2010)

Must Use to prevent blisters and chaffing Review by Si Rob
How do you Rate this Product Feet get wet -> feet get soft -> feet get blisters. Simple as that. This keeps the moisture off them. I use this for my feat and 3B cream for everywhere else and never get blisters (maybe 1). (Posted on 02/09/2009)

Essential to prevent blisters - combine with injinji socks Review by Rob J
How do you Rate this Product I always use hydropel - applied to feet before putting on injinji socks. Prevents friction between your skin and the sock, thus reducing the risk of blisters. One of these does for an event.
Also apply to crutch, small of the back, nipples and anywhere else that may suffer a rash from rubbing. Prevents abrasions - in all events I wear trail shorts with inners - and with hydropel applied, never suffer! Beats having to resort to horrible latex cycling shorts, yuk ;-) (Posted on 27/08/2009)
